Custom 400L Southeast Asian Blackwater

A custom 400-liter blackwater biotope replicating the peat swamps of Southeast Asia. Dark tannin-stained water, leaf litter, and twisted bogwood create an authentic habitat for a breeding group of Betta macrostoma and Trigonostigma heteromorpha. The filtration is peat-filtered to maintain pH below 5.0, with dim LED lighting to simulate the dense canopy cover of the natural habitat. A fogger adds atmospheric mist above the water surface.
